According to WorldNetDaily, Mr. Fitzpatrick was visited by the Secret Service after filing his complaint. After it was determined Fitzpatrick did not pose a threat to the president, the Secret Service left. "Officials with the Knoxville office of the Secret Service told WND the only person who could release information to the media was on vacation and they would not comment on the issue," Bob Unruh wrote for WND on March 25.
On March 24, the Supreme Court and the U.S. Justice Department confirmed receipt of documentation challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president.
On December 8, 2008, the Supreme Court turned down an emergency appeal from Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., to intervene in the presidential election. Donofrio claims Obama had dual nationality at birth -- his mother was American and his Kenyan father at the time was a British subject -- and thus he cannot possibly be a "natural born citizen," one of the requirements the Constitution lists for eligibility to be president, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Pennsylvania Democrat Philip J. Berg sued Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission last year claiming Obama is not a natural-born citizen and thus not eligible to be president of the United States. Judge R. Barclay Surrick dismissed the case on October 24, 2008. Surrick concluded that ordinary citizens can't sue to ensure that a presidential candidate actually meets the constitutional requirements of the office, WND reported at the time.
Surrick deferred to Congress and said the legislature must determine if "citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution's eligibility requirements for the Presidency."

you know i’m so fed up with the crap i get for wanting to see n0bama’s credentials to be president. When McCain’s citizenship was put in question early on in the campaign in 2007, he immediately showed his birth certificate, medical records, military records, school records, everything.. to Congress and the Supreme Court, and everyone agreed he was a NATURAL BORN American. Yet, not ONE person in Congress or the SC EVER asked N0bama for HIS credentials.. and this is why i am upset.. he admits in his book that his mother was 17 and his father was a British citizen.. yet no one asks about his own citizenship at birth.. he refuses to release any school records, refuses to show his registration for the draft, refuses to show a valid birth certificate, nothing, nada, not a single slip of paper that proves he was born here or to American citizen parents. The only thing we have to prove he is eligible to run for and be president of the United States are his two books.. which state that his father was a British Citizen—which made him a british citizen at birth!!—and that his mother was 17.. also NOT an American Citizen because she had NOT lived continuously for 5 years before his birth, so legally she was not a citizen either. So NEITHER parent being American Citizens, he was NOT legally a natural-born american, even if he “was” born in Hawaii. And IF he was born in Hawaii, WHY does he continue to HIDE his birth certificate?? The C.O.L.B. that was posted online by the Huffington Post, FactCheck.org (an organization under ACORN), and other left-wing sites has been PROVEN to be a fraudulent document, manufactured with PhotoShop and using a Mac computer. To this day, he continues to hide his real birth certificate, using three legal teams and upwards of a million dollars to do so, when a real b.c. from Hawaii costs $15.00!! WHY???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Why do the left never question anything he says, just because ‘he’ says it?!? Why has not one person been able to find his real b.c.?? There is a $100,000 reward out for the real b.c., but not one person has come forward with even a second-rate attempt at showing one. What, liberals don’t need the money? I know a lot of conservatives do, myself included, but we can’t find one.. so if the liberals are so sure their ‘messiah’ is a natural-born and not just born-again American, then why can’t they produce a b.c.? And why doesn’t their ‘messiah’ produce his instead of hiding it?!? These are very simple questions folks, and i really would like an answer before the fascist dictator totally destroys this country that i love so much. 1. The kind of Hawaiian COLB Obama supporters posted on Factcheck.org and elsewhere is exactly the kind of document that in 1961 Hawaii was issuing to foreign born citizens.
2. The document states that the father's race is "African." For those of you born yesterday his father's race was Negro. My own grandfather was born in Africa and, he was Caucasian. "African" is not a race. It's a continent. At least it was in 1961. Black people were Negros then and still are.
3. Ron Polarik, PhD and others have through the use of forensic examination pointed to multiple signs of photoshop forgery and downright clumsiness exhibited in original posting of this fake BHO Hawaiian COLB.
4. No court in the USA has ever reviewed BHO's identity documents for authenticity.

Back to the fraud Barry Soetoro’s eligibility to be in the White House. The word is getting out regardless of how many lefties call us crazies and loonies and rightwing extremists.. more and more demoncrats are starting to open their eyes and heads and realizing that he has NEVER been vetted and no one has seen his credentials to be president, ie: birth certificate proving he was born on american soil, proof that he traveled to Pakistan on an American Passport (he couldn’t and didn’t, he used an Indonesian passport based on his citizenship in Indonesia at the time) — this cancels out his natural-born status in America and he had to be naturalized when he returned, give up his indonesian citizenship, and in that case, he would NOT BE ELIGIBLE any longer to be president of the USA!!!
Wake up people! You really do have a CONMAN in the White House! How much longer are you going to stand for this bullshit!?! You must raise your voice and DEMAND that he REMOVE himself from the White House and we will have a new election, based on the fact that the prior election was BOGUS and Barry Soetoro was NOT ELIGIBLE to run for the office of president! And Pelosi will NOT be sworn in as president, if u start to worry about that, Congress has to elect a TEMPORARY president until the election can be completed within 120 days!
